Android APN
新浪微博Android 4.2用3G网络时闪退，用adb logcat看到java.lang.SecurityException:
No permission to write APN settings: Neither user 10102 nor current process has android.permission.WRITE_APN_SETTINGS.
问题是微博一个信息应用为啥要改APN设置？越权了吧！

在4.0以上版本，google禁掉了android.permission.WRITE_APN_SETTINGS，请教各位大侠该如何去添加删除修改apn了？？？？？？
