1.解决办法：点击File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Updates  记住  Use secure connection（不要勾选），如果勾选就取消，然后Restart studio

2.以上如果无法解决

1打开android studio 的安装路径下的bin 文件找到 idea.properties ， 我的路径是：D:\android\studio\bin

2.找到并打开打开 idea.properties

将第18行

idea.plugins.path=${idea.config.path}/plugins

改成

idea.plugins.path=${idea.system.path}/plugins
