是否要卸载现有应用程序？

解决办法：小米除了应用商店的软件都会提示是否继续安装这个提示栏，设置里多了一个USB安装这个选项，

关了的话，那个继续安装的提示栏就不出来了，所以调试安装的时候就卡住了，一直不能安装。

你进开发者选项里面，打开那个USB安装（USB调试下面）就可以了。
