linux 内核编译配置内核make menuconfig 出错解决方法

在ubuntu 9.10上编译内核，输入make menuconfig 进入内核配置界面时出现如下错误：
*** Unable to find the ncurses libraries or the
*** required header files.
*** 'make menuconfig' requires the ncurses libraries.
***
*** Install ncurses (ncurses-devel) and try again.
***
make[1]: *** [scripts/kconfig/dochecklxdialog] 错误 1
make: *** [menuconfig] 错误 2
上网查资料，得出如下解决方法：
sudo apt-get install libncurses*
就可以解决了.
